First, speed. Finish training, license and start teaching. And this is what the idea of the fast track training of driving instructors will ensure and it will actually do so with some individuals. It becomes a little more complex to others – learn more for more explanations!
The first thing which you see is the pace. Lessons are quick and even follow up lessons with less time to reflect on what you have just been given. Thou hast quickness in theory and practice. One day you would be imparting road rules and the second day you would be coaching a learner in the road.
It may be exciting. Also slightly overwhelming.
What the fast-track nature does not mean is the short-cuts, not at least of a good program. You also talk about everything- methods of teaching, road safety, real life situations of driving. It can be different in terms of packing. In fact, it may work in your favor in case you are a person who learns by doing. You sail on the stream, and not pulling.
The licensing process is in progress. Examinations will be learning-test, examination will be uniformity-test. Teaching assessment is interesting. Not the self-drive but the response of your student to your teaching is what matters.
A faster training is hectic there. Weeks to get used to and be confident are nonexistent. You will be asked to think on your feet, improvise and to perform with real students who are not cogitating on every word.
And there shine some who shine there. And there would be those who would desire a time interlude. It is, in fact, a question of reaction to stress and feedback. And there is no want of feedback. The trainers are not very large particularly when time is a consideration.
You are soon on the actual teaching once you have been licensed. The driving schools tend to require teachers and you can start working rather soon. It is a satisfying, but very unrealistic role. One week you are training and the next week to teach somebody to learn.
The first is that the earning is a tender age and this makes earning such an adventure. You do not have to wait weeks before you have results. The first few weeks may be imbalanced however. Lessons are easy and lessons are a bother. It is natural but nobody can say that.
And there is a tune that you know. The filled up times are normally the mornings, late afternoons and weekends. Learners learn at their own pace and hence you can change your time without worrying much about that.
Enrolling at a fast track school of driving will put you out into the workforce sooner and the learning curve will not be done away with. You work it out, lesson-by-lesson, student-by-student.
And, in fact, it is what can never be forgotten.
